Notice of Spring Election

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the village of Lowell, on Tuesday, April 4 2017, the following office are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term for village president and village trustees will begin on April 18th 2017. All terms are for two years unless otherwise indicated.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a village caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices will be scheduled during the month of December. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 3, 2017 and no later than January 24, 2017. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before caucus.

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.

 

Implementation of New Rates

We hereby notify the Public Service Commission that we are placing into effect the rates and tariff provisions authorized by the Commission in its Final Decision in Docket 3200-WR-101.  

Copies of the newly authorized rates and tariff provisions have been placed in all offices and stations of the utility as of 10/25/2016.

We will not prorate, therefore the rates will be effective for service rendered on and after our next meter reading date which is 12/31/2016.

Please regard this letter as the filing of the new rates and tariff provisions with the Commission in accordance with Wis. Stat. 196.19 or 113.0501(1) and 196.21 or 113.0614 and with the other provisions of the Final Decisions in said docket.
